# Clarke > Public GEO slot registry. Agents read one slot record over HTTP. The human pages are not the data source. Registry size in this build: 463 positions, 456 on station. Positions are registry rows, one per slug. On station means at least one satellite in the ±0.4° occupancy window. Data as of 2026-10-21. FCC workbook 2026-09-27. The slot record is occupancy (TLE-primary, UCS catalog longitude as fallback), `operatorIdentity` (`split`, `single`, or `none`), `operatorMix`, FCC authorizations, disputes, source vintage, and provenance. The slot record uses `operatorIdentity` and `operatorMix`, not a single headline operator. Valuation and congestion are not in the public agent or MCP payload. They live only as labeled models on the human Slot Terminal. Bid/ask, comps, valuation history, and dollar strings live on that Terminal surface. Agents must not treat them as facts. The Pro Terminal API (`/api/v1/terminal/...`) is a separate authenticated surface and can return those models. ITU filings are not in this product. ITU Space Explorer is the current ITU source. SNS Online shut down in January 2025. `ituRecorded` is `not_in_product` on every slot. FCC rows are the committed SSAL workbook, not a live fcc.gov scrape. Cite `sourceVintage.fccAsOf`. The workbook as-of is 2026-09-27. `fccStale` is true only when that date parses and is older than 45 days. `sourceVintage.tleStale` is true when a TLE that supplied occupancy is older than 45 days (`tleStaleAfterDays`). `tleEpochMin` and `tleEpochMax` are those epochs. Each occupancy row has `tleEpoch` and `tleStale`. A UCS fallback row does not use a catalog date as a TLE epoch, and its `tleStale` is false. The 45 day flag does not switch occupancy off the TLE. The ingest gate that rejects a TLE is separate (30 days at ingest). `GET /api/v1/agents/deltas` is the on-ingest change feed (edition 2). `coverage` is `bootstrap` until a second registry snapshot is stored, then `ingest_deltas`. During bootstrap, FCC call-sign events already in `slot_events` are included, and occupancy and dispute changes are empty, including `tle_epoch`. An empty occupancy list is not a claim that nothing moved. Once a second snapshot exists, `tle_epoch` records a TLE epoch change or a 45 day stale transition on a TLE used for occupancy. When both snapshots store parsed `data/ssal.xlsx` rows, FCC filing diffs for that interval are `new`, `removed`, and `changed`. The feed is occupancy, FCC rows, and disputes. Valuation and congestion live on the human Slot Terminal. ITU filings are not in this product. ITU Space Explorer is the current ITU source. SNS Online shut down in January 2025. HTTP success bodies are `{ data, meta }`. Routes are read-only and unauthenticated. Compact slot pages, one slot, delta pages, and the default satellite page are 60 requests per minute per IP on each server instance. `view=full`, slot `all=1`, and a satellite `all=1` or `limit` above 100 are 12 per minute. Slot, satellite, and delta reads are cached in the server process until `data/clarke.db` changes. The cache key is the query, not the client IP or cookie. HTTP `Cache-Control` is `public, max-age=60, s-maxage=3600, stale-while-revalidate=86400` with `Vary: Accept-Encoding`. A gzip request is gzip compressed. A matching `If-None-Match` returns 304. Delta `changes` are paged at 40 rows and about 48 KB (`truncated`, `nextAfter`). `since` is an exclusive time filter. A body above 2.5 MB is refused. MCP POST is `no-store` and gzip compressed when the client accepts gzip. MCP GET and OPTIONS are cacheable. MCP request bodies above 64 KB are refused. Remote MCP is that same read-only surface: stateless Streamable HTTP at https://www.clarkebelt.finance/api/v1/mcp. Reads are open. POST JSON-RPC. GET returns 405 because this host does not keep a server-push SSE stream. Clients continue with POST. Local stdio (`npm run mcp`) remains for a repo checkout. `clarke_list_slots` defaults to the compact page. `clarke_get_slot` and `clarke_get_terminal` return the same slot JSON as HTTP `data` for one slug. `clarke_get_terminal` is the same object as `clarke_get_slot`. `clarke_list_deltas` returns the deltas `data` object. HTTP wraps that object in `{ data, meta }`. `robots.txt` still allows `/api/v1/agents/slots` and `/api/v1/mcp`. ## Agent routes - [Slot list](https://www.clarkebelt.finance/api/v1/agents/slots): Compact page of 50. Fields: slug, label, longitude, region, operatorIdentity, country, status, satCount. `view=full` returns the slot record, paged. `all=1` is the explicit full list. No valuation or congestion. Sorted by longitude from west to east. - [Slot record](https://www.clarkebelt.finance/api/v1/agents/slots/101w): One slot. `101w` is a list slug. Other slugs match `^[a-z0-9-]+$`. - [Delta feed](https://www.clarkebelt.finance/api/v1/agents/deltas): Occupancy, FCC, and dispute changes. Query `slug`, `domain` (`occupancy`, `fcc`, or `dispute`), exclusive `since`, and exclusive `after`. Pages are 40 changes. Crawlers are asked to skip this URL. Agents should still call it. - [Remote MCP](https://www.clarkebelt.finance/api/v1/mcp): Stateless Streamable HTTP. POST JSON-RPC. Reads are open. GET returns 405 because this host does not keep a server-push SSE stream. Clients continue with POST. Same tools and JSON as local stdio: `clarke_list_slots`, `clarke_get_slot`, `clarke_get_terminal`, `clarke_list_deltas`. - [OpenAPI](https://www.clarkebelt.finance/api/v1/openapi): OpenAPI 3.1 index of the public agent routes, remote MCP, and the Pro Terminal routes. - [Field list](https://www.clarkebelt.finance/docs/agent-api): HTTP and MCP fields, the envelope, exclusions, and the bootstrap caveat. ## Optional - [GEO satellites](https://www.clarkebelt.finance/api/v1/agents/satellites): UCS GEO catalog rows. Not the slot record. Filters: `operator`, `ownerCountry`, `limit` (1 to 1000), `offset`, `all=1`. HTTP defaults `limit` to 100. `all=1` returns the matching rows. MCP tool `clarke_list_satellites` returns the same row shape and defaults `limit` to 100. Crawlers are asked to skip this URL. Agents should still call it. - [Docs hub](https://www.clarkebelt.finance/docs): Method notes. The valuation page describes the human Terminal model, which the agent record excludes.
